From there, we’ll stroll through the park to admire masterpieces of Soviet Constructivism, such as the House of Communications and the Kazakh Academy of Arts.<\/p>

      Modern Life in Almaty After walking through pedestrianized streets with trendy bars and restaurants, we will enter the more modern areas of the city.       Park of 28 Panfilov Heroes No visit to Almaty would be complete without a stop at its main park. In the Park of 28 Panfilov Heroes we will visit the ancient wooden cathedral, which survived the devastating earthquake of 1911, admire the traditional Russian-style house and the grandiose monument dedicated to the heroes of World War II.<\/p>
